Back to School Online Forms

Parents of new and returning students will be completing Back-to-School registration forms online this school year. Please access the forms here:
You will need to log into your parent portal account – where you will receive a pop-up prompting you to complete the Registration forms.

If you do not have a TxConnect Parent Portal account – you will need to create one through this link: The email associated with your Parent Portal account MUST be listed in our student’s contact data. Once you have created your account, and verified your email address, you will need your student’s parent portal ID which was sent home in a letter with your student’s final report card last year.

Please complete all of the forms listed under View/Edit forms for each of your students. If all of your children are not listed – please add them. (You will need their portal ID…which you can get from the campus registrar.)

Some helpful notes:
  • Registration – please make any changes necessary to the information by selecting the “edit” button to the left. You will need to provide the campus registrar proof of residency if you make any changes to your physical address. 
  • Contacts – there is a drop‐down arrow (selection box) for each contact we have on file for your student‐‐‐ please be sure to select each contact and verify that the information we have on file is correct. Make any necessary changes by selecting the “edit’ button. To add a contact, simply select the “add additional record” tab. You can delete a contact that is not Priority 1 by selecting the delete button at the bottom. Priority 1 contact cannot be deleted. 
  • Forms – please pull up and complete each form, and be sure to hit submit with electronic signature.
